If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of all JEONJA TECHNOLOGY services.

Capacity to contract

By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • You are not prohibited by applicable law from entering into agreements
  • If acting on behalf of an organization, you have full authority to bind that organization

Agreement on behalf of an organization

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, legal entity, or other organization, you represent that you are duly authorized to do so. In such cases, "you" refers to that organization, and the organization bears responsibility for compliance with these Terms by all its representatives who access JEONJA TECHNOLOGY services.

JEONJA TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any service or feature at any time. Where material changes affect existing service agreements, affected clients will be notified in accordance with the terms of those agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

This section defines the ownership and permitted uses of JEONJA TECHNOLOGY's intellectual property, including software, trademarks, content, and other proprietary assets.

Company intellectual property

All content, software, source code, algorithms, designs, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, documentation, and other materials made available through JEONJA TECHNOLOGY services are the exclusive property of JEONJA TECHNOLOGY or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The JEONJA TECHNOLOGY name, the AuraMedia Jin brand, the PartnerHub platform, and all associated marks and distinctive signs are proprietary trademarks of JEONJA TECHNOLOGY.

Limited license to use

Subject to these Terms and any applicable service agreement, JEONJA TECHNOLOGY grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the services solely for their intended purpose. This license does not include any right to:

  • Sublicense, sell, or transfer access to any service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
  • Copy or reproduce proprietary materials beyond permitted use
  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use JEONJA TECHNOLOGY trademarks without written authorization

User data and content

You retain full ownership of any data, content, or materials you submit or provide through JEONJA TECHNOLOGY services. By submitting such content, you grant JEONJA TECHNOLOGY a limited license to process, store, and use that content solely for the purpose of providing the contracted services.

5. User Obligations

This section establishes the responsibilities and behavioral standards required of all users accessing JEONJA TECHNOLOGY services, platforms, and digital properties.

Lawful and appropriate use

You agree to use JEONJA TECHNOLOGY services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You shall not use our services to engage in or facilitate any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

Prohibited conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited when using JEONJA TECHNOLOGY services:

  • Unauthorized access to or interference with systems, networks, or data
  • Introducing malware, viruses, or any malicious code
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated harvesting of data
  • Impersonating JEONJA TECHNOLOGY, its employees, or other users
  • Transmitting unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
  • Using services to harass, threaten, or harm any individual or organization
  • Attempting to circumvent any security or access control measure

Accuracy of information

You represent that all information you provide to JEONJA TECHNOLOGY — including registration data, contact details, and business information — is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate.

PartnerHub credentials and confidentiality

If you are granted access to the PartnerHub platform, you are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your access credentials. You must not share, transfer, or disclose your credentials to any third party. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

This section defines the boundaries of JEONJA TECHNOLOGY's legal liability in connection with the provision and use of its services, in accordance with applicable Bolivian law.

Services provided "as is"

JEONJA TECHNOLOGY provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for excellence in all deliverables, we make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or completeness of any service or information.

Limitation of direct liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JEONJA TECHNOLOGY's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amounts actually paid by you to JEONJA TECHNOLOGY in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Exclusion of consequential damages

In no event shall JEONJA TECHNOLOGY be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This exclusion applies regardless of the theory of liability — whether contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

Jurisdictional limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, the exclusions and limitations set forth herein shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the jurisdiction of Bolivia.

7. Indemnification

This section establishes the user's obligation to defend and hold harmless JEONJA TECHNOLOGY against claims and losses arising from the user's breach of these Terms or misuse of services.

User indemnification obligation

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JEONJA TECHNOLOGY, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your breach of any provision of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Your unauthorized use or misuse of any JEONJA TECHNOLOGY service
  • Any content or data you submit that infringes third-party rights
  • Any misrepresentation made by you in connection with these Terms

Indemnification process

JEONJA TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense. You agree to cooperate fully with JEONJA TECHNOLOGY's defense of such claims and not to settle any such matter without JEONJA TECHNOLOGY's prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

This section specifies the legal framework governing these Terms and the dispute resolution process applicable between users and JEONJA TECHNOLOGY.

Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice from either party.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bolivia.

International users

JEONJA TECHNOLOGY acknowledges users from multiple international jurisdictions. While Bolivian law governs these Terms, we apply GDPR-inspired principles for the processing of personal data, including data minimization, purpose limitation, transparency, and the right to erasure.

International users acknowledge that their use of services is subject to the laws of Bolivia, and consent to the jurisdiction of Bolivian courts for any disputes not resolved through negotiation.
